How Do Delco Removals Differ From Others?
Because we are family owned, We realise and appreciate that our business has been successful over the years due to the level of care and respect that we have always shown for our clients and their belongings. So, we make it a priority that all of our staff mirror our morals, beliefs and work ethics.

Our motto is “with pride and care everywhere” and we truly mean that. We strive to reflect this in all services we provide you, right from the first phone call, until the the job is finished, when we are waving you goodbye at the end of your move. Mattress and lounge bags are provided on all moves complimentary and we also professionally pack and unpack your flat screen TV’s for you.

In Choosing a Moving Date, Are All Days Equal In Terms Of Costs?
We operate Mondays to Fridays on the same hourly rate. The rate does increase after 8 hours to cover our staffs overtime wages. Saturdays incur overtime penalties for our staff so the hourly rate is higher and there is also a minimum charge of 4 hours on a Saturday.
We Have Delicate Appliances & Furniture, Will It Be Safe During The Move?

Yes. Our professionally trained staff will wrap all furnitures and white goods with our top grade furniture pads and blankets.

Do You Charge Extra If We Live Above Ground Floor Access or In a High Rise?
If you live above 1st floor and have stair and or lift access we may require more than 2 men on your job. This does incur extra charges for both interstate and local moves.
What If My Stuff Does Not Fit In One Load / Trip?
We try to avoid having to do a second trip where possible. When you call our office with your initial enquiry, our experienced staff member will ask you several questions regarding your move. If they feel that a second trip may be required, they will suggest that we arrange to provide you with an obligation free onsite quotation/inspection before your move to ensure we have the right amount of staff on your job and the correct size truck or trucks.
Do You Include Plants?

Yes, we do carry plants.

Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, we have a “Carriers liability cover”. This covers your furniture and effects in our truck for rollover, fire, flood, theft and collision. This policy covers you in the event that we are fault and liable only. We are an authorised insurance representative as well and can arrange additional insurance cover for you on your behalf.
